During 2023 and early 2024, the Hyatt Inclusive Collection portfolio, the "largest portfolio of all-inclusive luxury resorts in the world", as the company points out, has already incorporated eight new destinations.
Hyatt Hotels Corporation will open 30 new hotels in Latin America and the Caribbean by 2027 as part of its commitment to strengthen its presence in emerging destinations.
"The growth of Hyatt and its brands in Latin America and the Caribbean is due to robust growth in tourism in all customer segments," highlighted the senior vice president of Development for Latin America and the Caribbean at Hyatt, Camilo Bolaños, in a press release in which they explained that they have the objective of growing in the region, entering new "and prosperous" markets.

These openings include Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlán Golf & Spa Resort (Mexico), Sunscape Coco Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) and Sunscape Dominicus La Romana (Dominican Republic).
These three destinations are also joined by Impression Moxché by Secrets and Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets, Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres and Hyatt Vivid Grand Island, the first resort of the new Hyatt Vivid brand, all in Mexico, as well as Secrets Tides Punta Cana in Dominican Republic.
Among the planned openings are the Secrets Playa Esmeralda Punta Cana and the Dreams Playa Esmeralda Punta Can for 2024 and the Secrets Baby Beach Aruba, Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa and Breathless Puerto Vallarta Resort & Sp hotels for 2025.
