The following terms and conditions (hereinafter, T&C) regulate the commercial relationship between LATAM MEDIA S.A.C,
with RUC No. 20610682775, with address at Av. Enrique Canaval y Moreyra 340, 13th floor, Urb. Santa Ana, District

San Isidro, Province and Department of Lima, (hereinafter THE COMPANY) and the clients who acquire the database
data The 500 Largest Companies in Latin America (hereinafter, the DATABASE).
Clients, by purchasing the DATABASE, accept without reservation all the provisions included in the
present T&C.
For the purposes of these T&C, the people who acquire the DATABASE will be considered CLIENTS.
Before acquiring the DATABASE, CUSTOMERS expressly declare that they are people capable of discerning,
that
have acquired the DATABASE of their own free will and have not been coerced to do so, and that said
The acquisition is made at your sole and exclusive risk, expressly accepting these T&C, those others

THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify, update or expand these T&Cs at any time, to

If CUSTOMERS do not agree with the T&C, they may choose not to use the services offered
by THE COMPANY.
The conditions by which the CLIENT acquires the DATABASE are the following:
- Payment for the DATABASE will be made exclusively in advance, charged to a debit card or
of
credit.
- To make the purchase, the CUSTOMER declares to accept these T&Cs, in addition to the PRIVACY AND USE POLICY.

- Once the CUSTOMER makes the payment and the card payment approval is granted, the

- THE COMPANY will send an email informing about the approval of the purchase, along with a link

no refund under any circumstances.
- The CUSTOMER agrees that THE COMPANY can send the Excel file immediately after the
payment and your request is accepted. This means that you know and agree that you will not be entitled to a
refund
if you change your mind after THE COMPANY has provided you with access to the DATABASE through the
download link.
