The proposed operation is contemplated within the bilateral framework that governs air trade relations between Argentina and Peru.
The Undersecretariat of Air Transport, dependent on the Ministry of Economy of Argentina, has authorized the Peruvian airline Sky Airline to operate regular international air transport services for passengers and cargo on different routes.
These include routes to different cities in Peru, Chile, Brazil or Uruguay, such as Santiago de Chile, Lima, Salvador de Bahía or Montevideo. In addition, in the case of Brazil, four other cities are included, such as Florianópolis, Porto Alegre, São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.
The proposed operation is contemplated within the bilateral framework that governs air commercial relations between Argentina and Peru, and will be duly communicated to the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC) and the airline, once the decision has been made official this Friday in the Official Gazette of Argentina.
The Ministry also stated that the company had met the legal and administrative requirements required by current regulations to provide the requested services, making it necessary to issue the administrative regulation that would make effective the granting of the requested services in favor of Sky Airline.
