Cencosud's ordinary shareholders' meeting, held this Friday, approved the distribution of a final dividend from distributable net profit for the 2024 fiscal year for a total amount of 41.941 billion Chilean pesos (US$44.5 million).

This figure represents more than 30.7% of distributable net profit and is equivalent to 15 Chilean pesos (US$0.015) per share, the company explained in a statement containing the agenda for this Friday's meeting, which was forwarded to the Financial Market Commission (CMF).

This dividend will be paid in two installments. There will be a mandatory minimum dividend of 14.61 Chilean pesos (US$0.015) per share, to which an additional dividend of 0.38 Chilean pesos (US$0.004) per share will be added. Both will be paid on May 8.

In addition to approving the distribution of this dividend, the board voted to retain PWC as its external audit firm for the 2025 financial year and to maintain the company's private risk rating agencies for the period 2025.
