Also present at the signing of the decree were the president of the National Commission of the Savings System (Consar), Julio César Cervantes, and the general director of the Institute of the National Housing Fund for Workers (Infonavit), Carlos Martínez.
Prior to the signing, Luisa María Alcalde, Secretary of the Interior, reported that as of this date this modification regarding pensions in Mexico will come into force, which has the objective of vindicating the right of workers to have a pension. enough.

The Secretary of the Interior explained that once the decree was signed and published this afternoon already signed in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF), the “coordinated work to provide the Fund with operational rules and financial viability” will begin.
