Hyatt Hotels has announced the launch of the adults-only Hyatt Vivid brand in Cancun, Mexico, the hotel company announced.

The new 400-suite resort belonging to the Inclusive Collection portfolio is part of the continued growth of the North American hotel company in Mexico with other openings scheduled for the end of this year.

The opening of Hyatt Vivid Grand Island complements Hyatt's growing portfolio in Latin America and the Caribbean, which includes the recently opened Sunscape Dominicus La Romana, Secrets Tides Resort & Spa in the Dominican Republic, and Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, in Costa Mujeres, Mexico.

The expansion will continue throughout 2025 with other planned openings including Breathless Puerto Vallarta, Park Hyatt Los Cabos, Hyatt Centric Santo Domingo and Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa.
