TIVIT, a company specializing in technological solutions in Latin America, announces a strategic investment of 1.5 billion pesos (US$ 1.5 million) in Argentina. This initiative marks an important milestone in the company's orientation towards innovation and economic development in the region. The investment will be used to establish a Shared Services Center in Buenos Aires, designed to serve not only Argentina but also all of Latin America.

“This new Shared Services Center is a testament to our confidence in Argentina’s potential as a technological hub and innovation center. The opening of this unit will generate 250 direct jobs, offering employment opportunities to local talents in the field of technology, artificial intelligence and service management,” said Sergio Díaz, General Manager of TIVIT Argentina.

"TIVIT's investment in Argentina reflects our commitment not only to the growth of the organization, but also to supporting the technological and economic development of Latin America," said Leonardo Covalschi, Head Latam of TIVIT. "We firmly believe in the potential of the region and its people, and we are dedicated to contributing to the advancement of the technology industry, job creation and the improvement of local capabilities," the executive stressed.

The Shared Services Center in Argentina will have a primary focus on developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities and will play a crucial role in TIVIT Latam’s strategy to optimize its operations and improve the efficiency of the services offered to clients throughout the region. By offshoring some functions such as software development, IT, finance, human resources and operations, TIVIT will be able to offer more efficient services, while promoting standardization and best practices throughout the organization.

In addition to creating jobs and boosting the local economy, TIVIT is committed to investing in the professional and technical development of its employees. Through training and development programs, the company seeks to retain the best talents in the technological field.

COMMITMENT TO TRAINING, COACHING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

"We believe that investing in our employees is the most important thing we can do," said Sergio Díaz. "By providing our team with the necessary tools, knowledge and certifications, we are improving the service offering and contributing to the personal and professional growth of each member of the company," he concluded.
