The head of the MTC explained that the measure responds to "operational issues" for an efficient start of work at the airport.
In turn, the general manager of Lima Airport Partners (LAP), Juan José Salmón, stated that the rescheduling is "within the terms of the concession contract" signed with the State.
He also assured that "efforts will not be lightened" to complete the work.
