Banco de Crédito de Perú successfully placed a US$750 million subordinated bond with a 10-year term and a fixed rate of 6.45%.

The issue met with high demand and was attended by more than 130 global investors, including very high-quality accounts, achieving an oversubscription of more than 3.5 times, resulting in an attractive rate and allowing for an increase in the target size of the issue.

"With this latest transaction, BCP consolidates its position as the Peruvian commercial bank with the greatest presence in the international capital markets and confirms the confidence of international investors in BCP ," said Pablo Hurtado, Manager of BCP's Treasury Division.
