By signing a decree, the President of Chile, Gabriel Boric, renewed Rodrigo Manubens Moltedo's position as director of Enap for a new period of four years.
The commercial engineer from the Federico Santa María University joined the company's Board of Directors in 2021, selected by the Public Senior Management system, a designation that expired next January.
Manubens holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics & Political Science and a specialization in corporate governance from Harvard Business School. His career includes more than 30 years in strategic management as director of various companies in Chile and Latin America.
Since 2011, he has held the position of director and president of the Committee of Directors of Aguas Andinas SA. Likewise, since 2013, he has been director and president of the Committee of Directors of the Santiago Stock Exchange and of the Regional Stock Exchange Holding, nuam (parent company of the Stock Exchanges of Chile, Colombia and Peru).
Along with Rodrigo Manubens, the Board of Directors of Enap is made up of its president, the chemical engineer Gloria Maldonado; the economist Andrés Rebolledo; the lawyer Laura Albornoz; the commercial engineer Ximena Corbo; the industrial civil engineer Rodrigo Azócar; and the social worker and labor director, Nolberto Díaz.
